In-Home Consultation Benefits: Personalized Design: Our design professional will provide tailored recommendations for materials that complement your space's dimensions, layout, and lighting. Expert Assessment: We'll evaluate your space to determine its feasibility and suggest preventative measures to avoid common errors. Convenient and Comfortable: Get answers to all your questions and concerns without having to leave your home. Consultation Process: Conduct a thorough assessment of the space, including taking measurements and discussing the client's stylistic preferences and practical needs. Provide recommendations on material choices and design coordination. Answer any questions the client may have. Photograph all areas with client permission. Note: The inability to take photographs will limit the design specialist's ability to perform the necessary work. Limits and Regulations: The non-refundable consultation fee of $275 covers a single session lasting up to two hours. This fee is for time and expertise only, and does not include any materials or subsequent visits. Additional charges will apply for any follow-up on-site consultations, regardless of whether a sale is made. Following the consultation, a meeting will be scheduled at the showroom or on-site. Please note that additional charges may apply for on-site meetings. During the meeting, we will present options and samples, and furnish a proposal.
